Mike Dardzinski
In addition to a nearly two-decade corporate law practice in Washington, D.C. and Beijing, China, Mike founded several for-profit companies, including an online legal research company and an online professional creative learning platform for the Chinese language market. He also co-launched Americans Promoting Study Abroad and, with Joe, organized Project Homeless Connect in Rochester, NY. Mike confronted a deep spiritual lack about ten years ago and was driven to work with Joe on EM. His work on EM, has helped Mike see the light and he is now driven to help others treasure every moment.
Joe Dardzinski
Joe has worked for nearly three decades in different aspects of the real estate industry, including as a real estate agent, building homes, and running contracting businesses. In every role he has had, he has always been driven to take on the biggest challenges; problems other people would avoid. Joe developed the idea for EM after dealing with his own personal struggles and seeing how much of modern life hurts more than helps us in our search for connection and joy. He is focused on ensuring that EM helps us connect to our families, community, and our most important responsibilities, the ones that lead us to joy, peace, and understanding in every moment.
Shayne Priddy

She has also spearheaded various volunteer projects, including extended hurricane relief efforts following Hurricane Sandy in Breezy Point, NY. Her love of adventure and the outdoors has led her to visit to all fifty states and thirty foreign countries, including volunteer mission trips to Peru and China. As a young adult leader she created and led many outdoor adventures of various kinds—day trips, overnights and even week-long excursions.
